A good advice will lead to a positive, long-lasting relationship between the company and its customer. The advice should be based on knowledge of the target group. We use qualitative research methods to acquire this knowledge. All our research methods are aimed at:
1. collecting relevant consumer insights from the natural environment of their consumers; we do this together with the organisation/company
